The unique part about RPM is that we understand experiential learning. When we coach our students we want them to leave with skills that can have application outside of the gym space. Experiential Learning is cyclical and requires; Action, Reflection, Understanding (Conceptualizing), and Experimentation. As a result we are encouraging students to learn through their experience and analytical processing of said experience. Below we’ve found a example of the Cyclical nature of this process.
Experiential Learning is about encouraging a process of learning through doing, this process requires participants to often push outside there comfort zone, but once able to process and develop on this level, we’ve found that participants become much more confident in themselves and become much more effective learners and thinkers!
